Lucy Brown is an Executive Coach and Strategic Consultant. With over 25 years of global corporate experience, she's walked the path of leadership - across Marketing, Operations, Client Service and Sales Management.

Now, as an AoEC-accredited coach and ICF member, Lucy works with leaders at every stage - from first-time managers to senior executives and founders. She coaches individuals to cut through complexity, lead with clarity, and grow with confidence.

My Story
Not too long ago, I hit a point where what used to work for me - what motivated and challenged me - just didn’t land the same way anymore. I started asking myself some big questions, and for a while, I didn’t have the answers.

Along the way, I realised what really matters to me: people. The ones I’ve worked with, learned from, been supported by, and now, the ones I support in return. That reflection was the catalyst that led me to coaching.
I’m naturally curious - I want to understand what makes people tick, what holds them back, and what helps them move forward. Coaching helped me dig deep and figure out what’s actually important to me, and now I get to help others do the same.

There’s no set script for this. I’ll follow your lead, bring compassion and honesty, and create a space where you feel supported - whether you have all the answers or none at all.
